We started Ramella Grooming because we believe pets deserve better than the assembly-line salon experience. Between us, we have over five years of professional animal care and handling, and we've seen what stress can do to pets at busy shops — the noise, the cages, the strangers, the long waits.

Sarah is a certified, academy-trained groomer with a calm hand and an eye for breed-specific styling. Eli has been a caretaker to animals and brings patience, steady handling, and a genuine respect for every pet who steps into the van. Together, we treat your pet the way we'd treat our own.

Our van is a fully-equipped mobile grooming salon with hot and cold running water, professional-grade dryers, climate control, and a dedicated grooming table. We carry our own water and power — no need to use yours. Everything is sanitized between every appointment.
We park curbside or in your driveway. The whole appointment usually takes 1–3 hours depending on the package and your pet's coat. You're welcome to come check on your pet any time, or step away and we'll bring them back to you when we're done.
Every pet is treated like family. Every appointment is one-on-one, never rushed. Every fee is quoted before we start. Every interaction is honest — about the cut, about the cost, about your pet's coat and skin condition. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment incur a $50 cancellation fee.
We confirm every appointment 48 hours in advance by text or call. If we arrive at your scheduled appointment and cannot reach you or access your pet within 15 minutes, we will leave to stay on schedule for our other clients.
A $75 no-show / trip fee applies, plus $50 for each additional pet that was scheduled.
We reserve the right to decline or stop service if a pet poses a serious safety risk. We will never punish, shock, or use force on your pet. If your pet needs more than we can safely handle, we'll be honest with you and help you find the right solution.
Your pet's safety always comes first. In the rare event a pet needs veterinary attention while in our care, we will contact you immediately. Grooming can occasionally reveal or aggravate conditions that already exist (such as skin irritation, matting-related sores, or stress-related issues in senior or anxious pets). If an incident occurs during your pet's appointment, that groom is on us — however, Ramella Grooming is not responsible for veterinary bills or medical costs. All veterinary care and associated expenses remain the owner's responsibility.
We may take before-and-after photos of your pet for our portfolio and social media. We never share owner names, addresses, or identifying information. If you'd prefer we not photograph your pet, just let us know.
